Hello, I have been experiencing extreme pain in my lower back with painful bowel movements and when I urinate towards the end of voiding I feel a great amount of pressure like my bladder/uterus/retum are going to prolapse. For a while now when I do have a bowel movement I break into cold sweats and feel like passing out, almost like my vagal nerve is compressed. I never ever try and push as i know this only makes things worse. Also, when I cough or sneeze I get a sharp pain in my lower back... A new symptoms that started yesterday, pain in my left groin....Can someone help me....Do you think this is something I should go to the Emergency Room for???? Thank you in advance!!!

do you have a primary doctor?
have you been eating vegetables and fruits?
have you been drinking anything like water, soda, juices.

i havnt been drinking a lot, nor have i been eating healthy and recently i've been struggling.

if you are eating right, and this happens again i would see someone.
