Hi
Welcome to the forum!
All chest pains are not due to heart. If your EKG/ECG and blood tests were normal during a time when your chest was paining, then it could hardly be due to heart if your EGG is normal. Since there is no heart problem today, you are not going to die from it. However tomorrow what will happen no one can predict, nor can one live in fear of tomorrow.
If you have chest pains regularly rule out other causes like GERD or acid reflux, hiatal hernia (where a portion of stomach herniates into the chest cavity through the diaphragm), or costochondritis (inflammation of the joint between rib and sternum). Once your problem is caught, the fear of a heart attack will lower considerably.
You can try meditation, yoga and deep breathing exercises to lower your stress.
Hope this helps. Take care!
