fear of contracting hiv

Sir, i had sex for the first time with a call girl (partial intercourse, and my first sexual encounter ever with any person ) on 20th may 2012.I used condom during vaginal penetration though initially i had her on my top without any condom(no penetration but my penis might have touched her vagina perhaps).After putting my penis for sometime in her i withdrew and ejaculated outside her with the condom on. I also had performed oral on her, placed a finger in her and then put it in my mouth. i also kissed her anus and sometime later seeing some precum i cleared it with the same finger that i had put in her. After she left i started doubting myself if i had contracted hiv. I felt a slight buring/tingling sensation in both my feet hrs later (its still there sometimes to my consciousness and sometimes in oblivion). I also felt a slight hotness in my forehead which i still do and perhaps cannot attribute as fever and even it be it is very slight. I also am sweating a lot at the back of my neck ,forehead and symetrically on my face if i go out and even in my room there are substantial droplets of sweat on those part of the bodies.Two days b4 after a haircut it has come down,but its still there. Its summer over here with temp 46 degrees.Even b4 the encounter i was sweating a lot even at night.Third day i had passed loose stools almost similar to diarrhea.It still persists but the consistency is not watery but loose and color is light yellow.Only Once passing urine i assume i felt a mild burning sensation on the tip of my penis,but only then and not b4 or afterwards.Also on the second night I woke up from sleep experiencing a chill. I have developed no other symptons SO FAR after 7days. Pls advice me Sir do i have hiv or other stds and what test should i perform.I contacted the same girl and she said she has taken some tests 2 days b4 at two different clinics that tested -ve. I am having sleepless nights and endless anxiety.
