I was absolutely fine and then suddenly i fell ill. It started with a pain in my stomach which followed with me being constantly sick and having an upset stomach. This lasted for about 24 hours and then I started feeling hot, then suddenly cold, with cold sweats! Im constantly tired, have no energy and my whole body aches and when I get up from lying down, I am very dizzy and my head pounds! I am also unsteady on my feet. The sickness has stopped now as well as the upset stomach but I am still experiencing everything else and was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what is wrong?

Maybe you had what my son had which was an enterovirus followed by chronic fatigue for 4 months. Go and get a blood test and see if you test positive for coxackie A or B.
