Hi I have been suffering from head pains which feel like migrainnes for 5 days now I also have muscle pain and I have extreme fatigue where I feel I can't go out because I can't walk for too long I'm also sensitive to light can you help. I've had my bloods tested and there all fine please help

ME/CFS is a chronic problem. The main symptom is getting very ill a day or so after exertion. If you do have ME/CFS, fish oil might help with the head pain by reducing inflammation.
