Q: Fatigue, digestive problems

HI, I am new to this forum and have had symptoms of fatigue, digestive issue, very tired, and overall feel awful. I have a thyroid condition and I know this feeling is not being caused by the thyroid. I had mono two years ago and that is what I feel like I have now. I am 39 years old and I did not know if you could get mono again.
