6 days ago i donated blood, after the donation when i had returned home i felt as if i where going to pass out. I felt as though my body was on fire and i would throw up. I thought that the way i was feeling was due to doing to much after the donation.

However since then i have felt fatigue and dizziness every time i do the slightest bit of exercise i.e walking up stairs (not normally a problem). I am also left with shortness of breath, sickness and i feel like i'm burning up. I have checked my temperature at this time and the thermometer read 35.8 c (my normal temp is 36.9 -37.1) then later when no exercise is performed my temperature increases to 36.6 c. I checked to see if the thermometer is working correctly and found that it is.

I am normally a healthy 24 year who does regular exercise but i don't know whats wrong with me or how to feel better. If anyone can help i would be grateful. Thank you for your time.
