68 very active still working.Dizzy upon standing will have to bend over to even out and then ok. Diabetic well controlled A1c6.5. BPH w/proscar. Blood pressure ok with Lisinopril20/12.5 Carvedilol. Pravastin/Fish oil. Tinitus left ear fam history of Menier's. TIA 5 years ago rt anterior. Carotid UT ok. Fix dizziness for me!

I don't know the cause of your "dizziness." Are you referring to being "lightheaded" or does the room actually spin around (true vertigo). A diabetic with hypertension and history of Meniere's syndrome and TIA - all could relate to lightheadedness.
I gather you are under the care of a physician; by all means discuss your symptoms with the doctor to help clarify the origin.
