Q: Fat size

im 14. i am 5 feet 8 inches.i way between 190-200. is there and fast and easy ways to lose weight without doin a weight lost program or dieting. im pretty active. i ride bikes and play basketball too. i need to lose it.

no...there is no fast/easy way to lose weight...the only RIGHT way to lose weight and to KEEP IT OFF is to change your lifestyle..you need to cardiovascular workouts for at least 30mins at least 4-5 times a week and combine that with weight training...building muscle is KEY to losing weight and keeping it off, fat sits on you and does nothing, muscles burn calories..so weight training can do alot for you..maybe you should incorporate that into your workout..also, watch what you're eating..also, never work out the same muscle group 2 days in a row...if you do arms and chest one day, the next day work on legs and back..and rotate that routine..your muscles need time to recover

If you go to the GMC store you will find a full body cleanse... It will clean out your entire system, including your liver, and kidneys. The girl who worked at the store told me that it will clean out all of the toxins in your body, including items that we don't digest like high fructose corn syrup... She also told me that you don't get diarreah and you get high energy... You can lose anywhere from 10-20 pounds if you stay away from foods that are bad for you... after you are done with the cleanse, and you feel you want to lose more weight, be sure to eat right and exercise regularly... the cleanse is a great way to start toward a new you!!! and also it really boosts your metabolism!!!
