I have two lumps on my genital area, at the top of my flaps/lips, there are two symmetrical lumps, slightly on the inner sides of my lips. They are small in size and don't cause any discomfort but feel lumpy and ball like, should I be worried? Is this normal, I can definately feel something, but I am not sure whether it is just fat, or fleshy skin, causing the feeling of lump-like ball feel.....

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on what you describe without examining you. The ‘lump’ that you describe could be due to folliculitis, infection, sebaceous cyst, or presence of blocked or infected Bartholin’s gland ducts. You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for examination to look for the cause and get started on appropriate treatment as indicated by examination and test result. Drink plenty of water. Avoid touching the area repeatedly to prevent infection/worsening of infection.
Take care.
