sometimes i can eat lunch at noon and then deficate that meal out around dinner is this a problem? how can i be absorbing the nutrients i need that fast and im not crazy i actually see physical evidence that it is infact from the last meal i ate before "going"

From the history provided it does not seem that there is anything abnormal with you.

Any form of malabsorption would result in progressive loss of weight, wasting and atrophy of body muscles, and generalized weakness.

You might consult your doctor for a physical examination and additional tests, in case you suspect that you have a malabsorption syndrome.
