Both my Grandfather and his daughter (my mother) have been diagnosed with MS. Recently I've been researching the disease, and saw temporary paralysis and back spasms as an early indicator.

I'm a 20 year old male currently but was 16 when I was walking my dog and suddenly fell to the ground. I was laying there for over 10-15 minutes, completely unable to get up. I had very sharp back pain that eventually subsided. I was able to walk home immediately after arising and fully participated in my high school baseball practice the next day.

I've had nothing similar happen since. Both my Mother and Grandfather had their first serious attacks after their 35th birthdays, and I was wondering if it's possible that I had an attack at such a young age or if I'm just dealing with an isolated back spasm incident.

Thanks

MS can strike at any age and considering your mother and grandfather have MS...it would be wise that you see a neurologist...
