I have night tremors, palpatations, and tongue swelling. My daughter and I both have still feet and legs in the morning. I have muscles spasms and tremors at night. We have all had headaches. Strep tests neg. I was tested for lyme, negative. CBC normal chest xray mri hiv ct abdomen all neg. Ana thyroid normal. My daughter and my nasal swabs are normal. Was incidentally put on keflex for uti, and all of my symptoms nearly disappeared opposed to all 12 others I have been on in 18 months. Even my hair came back to life. Until i stopped the keflex and two days later all syptoms began to return. Please help I am scared for myself and my children. Thank you.

Hi, welcome to the ehealth forum and I am glad to help you.
You seem to be suffering from a myriad of symptoms on and off for the past 18 months including dry cough, sore throat, headache, external ear pain, swelling in neck and jaw, night tremors, palpitations etc.You have also made a mention of similar symptoms in your children.
Your symptoms seem to be suggestive of various stages of Lyme disease but you have mentioned testing negative for Lyme.I suggest that you go for systematic evaluation to reach a definitive diagnosis in consultation with your personal physician starting with thorough physical examination, routine blood and urine tests and taking a clue from the results of the same to decide the course of further investigations. It is difficult to suggest definitive diagnosis online.
Hope this helps. Take care.
