I had an abdominal ultrasound done after having 3 episodes of severe stomach pains- it revealed numerous swollen lymph nodes in my abdominal area. My dr ordered bloodwork that has come back saying I have mono. I have no symptoms whatsoever of mono and have read you can get a false positive with other conditions. Does anyone know if you can have mono with NO symptoms???

thanks so much
