Q: False negative pregnancy results and depo shot

would like to hear from anyone experiencing false negative results from home pregnancy tests or office exams while on depo shots

False negatives will happen when there isn't enough HCG in your system to trigger a positive test. This can mean you either are not pregnant or are not far along enough to produce enough HCG yet.

If you have had repeated negative tests - get a blood test. If that is also negative, you are not pregnant.
