Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist to have examination done to evaluate your symptoms and correlate them with examination findings. It is difficult to comment on the cause/persistence of infection/re-infection without examining you. Treatment measures as needed would be suggested based on examination and investigation results.
Take care.
