Just give it a little time. Your body is different than anyone else's and it might take a little longer for ovulation to re-establish itself. Do you keep a menstruation diary? This might help for tracking your period and ovulation times further down the road.

You just record when your period begins, when it ends and any notes about the flow (heavy, light, color, etc.)...once you have a pattern established, you'll be able to more or less predict when you ovulate (14 days before your next period is due) and those are your FERTILE DAYS to try to conceive. Does that help?
