I was walking with my 4 year old daughter and my 8 year old son and i slipped and fell down on my side really hard and since then i have had a lot of sharp lower abdominal pain and this morning i woke up hurting more and when i went pee there was a lot of blood, since then i have been bleeding heavily and still have sharp lower abdominal pain and i am worried that somethings wrong with my baby. Could falling while pregnant cause me to have a miscarriage? expecially if i am having sharp pains and bleeding. I am really scared but i don't know if i am just over reacting or if this is really something serious that i need to be seen by my OB as soon as possible!
