Years ago I used to fake it with an ex. But back then I was too inhibited to allow my partner to perform oral sex on me and at the time I had never had a vaginal orgasm. (It was only later that I began to experiment with positions and figure out which positions allowed me to orgasm and which ones did not.) I told him it was all right that I did not have the Big O because sex still felt good. But we were both clueless. He would keep going at it until I faked one to get him to stop. Silly, but true.

I destroyed two relationships faking. I just thought my partner's self esteem was so important that I didn't have a right to demand pleasure.I'm a good actor but it just made me so bitter that I didn't get to orgasm when I was with my partner that I ended up sabotaging perfectly happy relationships. Sad but true. Now women who fake orgasm irritate me immensely. It's a recipie for destroying trust in your relationship and denying yourself pleasure in the long run it doesn't save anyone's pride.

First, IMO, there is a vast difference in the mindset of a single woman going with a man and a married woman possibly with children...The early days are the days of wine and roses, whereas marriage, for many of us, was the days of babies, work and trying to stay the woman he married...However, I will add this bit of my thinking on life...As a woman ages she gets hotter and hotter...She finds this new erotic creature that is being born...And believe me, she likes it...It's getting through these times that can be trying...
