Hi I am a 27 year old female. Have had 5 fainting spells in 3 weeks now. Went to regular doctor, but passed out same day I saw him, so went to emergency room and got blood tests and CT scan. Test results were normal for both based on what the ER doctor said. However, he referred me to a neurologist. But I am afraid they may not find anything wrong with me?? They may...but any ideas what it possibly could be. Didn't lose complete consciousness all 5 times..only one or two times, then other times started to feel like fainting, but didn't lose consciousness. Not sure if it is a fainting problem or seizure or somethiing else. I have also been having a headache for 2 weeks now after getting hit in the head a couple times. Get really dizzy and have headache and feel like a lot of pressure in head, then overall weakness, and sometimes face feels strange. Blood pressure, according to drs are normal.
Only problems I have are asthma and bipolar disorder and take Advair and Depakote. Have been on Depakote for 3 yrs now so don't think it is from that.
Family history..grandparents had heart disease and father had Parkinson's disease. Mother's side of family has high blood pressure. Sister had acoustic neuroma 5-6 yrs ago..around same age I am at now. She also gets migraines sometimes.
Pls help! Need advice cuz know something is wrong, but tests aren't showing anything. also could it be cardiac related??
