Q: Fainting and dizziness after abortion

I went with my best friend for her to get an abortion, and she came to my house afterward. She fainted in my kitchen several hours after she had the initial abortion, she feels extremely dizzy and can't walk without someone carrying her. I looked up Abortion Symptoms but I found nothing about fainting or even dizzy spells, and the fact that she can't walk on her own is scaring me. Please help me so I can help her!

im certainly no expert on abortion but has she been eating and drinking properly? maybe with the stress due to the abortion shes forgotten to take care of herself...give her plenty of liquids and make sure she eats see if it helps at all
