I'm a college student and I've been trying to figure out if I actually have any medical problems for a while now, or if some of the "symptoms" I have noticed are normal for some people. Here is a list of some things that I feel may be symptoms of something, if anyone could tell me if I am overreacting or if I should look into help that would be very much appreciated.

1. When I get very angry, or sometimes when I exert energy suddenly (such as punching a wall), or other times when I feel self-conscious: my whole body sort of "faints", I can't move my arms or legs and my jaw goes slack and sometimes I completely fall down and it takes me a few seconds to recover from this.
2. When I do things in public, or in front of a large group of people I get very nervous and I can feel my heart beating extremely hard. My voice also trembles so much that I have trouble speaking. I have always been very shy in social situations.
3. Lately (past few months but it could be longer) I've had pretty constant feelings of almost uncontrollable anger, basically feeling like I am about to just start freaking out and breaking things. I will randomly start punching a wall or randomly say f--- at times, I do not do this in front of people usually though so I do not feel it could be tourette's.

Thanks for the help.
