hi i have had ongoing problems for 2 months now, it startted with what was thought to be a panic attack in june, then my symptoms have slowly got worse and worse. I now have a constant sore stiff jaw, and the feeling i am about to pass out, i even get this in bed. i have slight ringing in my ears, twitching muscles in my legs and left arm. My doctor has put it down to stress until now, i have had an ecg and several blood tests. I cant function in my day to day life anymore and really need some answers.

anyone any clue? Idea

I am glad that you have been persistent in getting yourself evaluated by a physician. I am not a physician but a psychologist. I would recommend that you continue to speak with your physician to determine if there is something medically going on that requires your and your physician's attention. Since your physician has "put it down to stress until now" have you consulted with a licensed mental health professional? Even if your symptoms are not stress related your symptoms sound like they could be contributing to an increase in stress in your life. A licensed mental health professional may be able to help you identify some effective strategies that may benefit you while you get this sorted out medically and get re-engaged in your day to day life.

Best wishes to you.
