Failure to perform

Hello, I need some advice and help. I got married 2 months back. Since then I had experinced this , I never had expereniced sex before my marriage …. Now I do get erection, but when ever I am inside my wife, I don’t get ejacution and penis get soft after some time, I am helpless, ,,, I don’t feel anything inside that it helps me get ejactued ….

But when I masterbate , I can perform well . I am unable to understand whats wrong… why can’t I perform when I am inside,
i don't know if its my libido or if my sex drive is on a slow gear. i work long hard hours (about 80 hours a week) and do house work and all that fun stuff on top of that. i would say i am in great physical condition

My wife and me are very upset.. we are already late with age for starting a family..
