Q: Fact too round
asked by: nataliasouza on January 14th, 2009

Every time I look at the mirror there is something I'd like to change. I think my face is too round and my nose is kinda weird too..
On Hilary Duff's topic I saw a drastic change. I wonder if that would work for me & how much it would cost. (Or if its just a miracle that happens with celebrities with lot of money.)
Thank you

what are you thinking?
are you serious. You look fine. Use the money for something worth it, and some people just have round faces and not fat at all. If you want to lose weight try exercising three times a week and cut back on your portions. You should never get surgery unless you needed it. The difference between you and Hilary Duff is that she has money. And the sad part about her is she didn't need it and in magazines they photo shop her face. She might of had surgery but magazines make it look better. If you want to get the surgery (its your choice) it going to cost 3000 dollars for one procedures, lets say on your check bones. It's really expensive and not worth it. but its all up to you. i hope you make the right choice and love the way you are.

i'll maintain my viewpoint that there isn't a dang thing wrong with your face. i went on and looked at your profile pic. you have a pretty face, forehead, chin, nose, teeth, smile, lips, eyes, what more could you possibly want and why would the potential of looking unnatural be attractive to you? natural beauty kicks cosmetic beauty's a$$ every day. you're beautiful.
appreciate your natural beauty.

as women, we are brought up questioning everything about ourselves...we watch our mom's use makeup to cover their imperfections (but it's not their fault). these are imperfections that wouldn't matter a bit to us as kids, but are brought into our consciousness by watching our mom's try to cover up a little of this and a little of that.

it's this idea of being critical of ourselves that we will pass along to our kids too. it's kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy...are you with me here?

see, men don't pass this along to their sons...do they? NEGATIVE. men think they're perfect and that's only because ignorance is bliss. ha!

i know i'm being sorta serious here, but there is truth in these words. we should learn to accept ourselves WITH all of our imperfections. if we don't do this, we just perpetuate the problem.

girlz rawk!

thank you sweet natalia...and what ugly guys will pass on to their ugly sons is a sense that they are outstanding! great looking! etc!

the reality of it is that we can learn something valuable from the men in this situation. that lesson is to de-emphasize the connection between being female and being flawed.

we women are beautiful creatures. we're soft and curvy, round and gorgeous...even our vagina looks like a beautiful flower. we have beautiful faces, pretty smiles, soulful eyes, luxurious hair...and we're made for the exquisite, supreme comfort of a man, and designed by God to enjoy ourselves sexually in a way that no other animal created by God can enjoy itself (including men).

i'd never want to switch places and be a man. women have the best of everything...enjoy your womanhood and your beauty!
