I have been having this rash for almost 3 to 4 years now but it was'nt until a year ago that it started coming up every day. Its a rash on both sides of my nose and on part of my cheek, its red and kinda bumpy it does not itch yet it does sting the only way I have to making it disappear a little is by applying Benadryl the itch relief cream but as soon as I stop it comes back again.Sometimes it gets more red and bigger than others. What do I have?

This sounds like the butterfly rash associated with lupus. You should do a search and find a photo of the rash to compare it to yours.

Sounds like Rosachea. Make an appointment with a dermatologist. There are oral medications and creams that can help treat it. It's probably nothing serious, so don't worry until your doctor looks at it.

If she had lupus, I think she would have other symptoms after 4 years. With something as simple as a rash, why would you assume it was something like lupus without anything else to point to that? It's like someone saying they have a sore throat and you saying they have throat cancer. You are scaring her unnecessarily.

No one is trying to scare her. The lupus rash is has a very specific shape so I thought it should be looked at and ruled out first. That's all. (I misread the OP and thought the rash had spread across her nose and cheeks- not that it was only on either side of her nose.)
If she had a bull's eye rash my mind would first go to Lyme disease because its rash is so different from other rashes. That's not a great leap to make.
