facial palsy.help

hi.thanks for your response.i meant to say the right side of my mouth,but im sure its same difference.i have a numbness outside my mouth and dull acheing pain around the jaw disk area.had brain scan etc and nothing found.would steroids help to liven up the nerve or could i get a nerve graph done.its getting worse and has me paronoid.i dont go out much bcause of it.it gets me down.was also considering a thread lift procedure to lift the side of mouth.whats your views on this?does it work?id rather find a medical solution but im getting desparate.its holding me back in work and in love life.thanks for your help.
