Face/Eye Swelling, Numbness?

I'm a 22 y/o female. Who is very overweight. I also suffer from high blood pressure (which is being somewhat controlled) I also have high cholesterol as well, I just found out recently.

For the past year or so the right side of my face has been getting flushed, and hot. I feel swelling on the side of my face, right above my ear area. I also feel a sense of numbness. My right eye has also been feeling kind of droopy and numb, following with eye swelling and puffiness. I've been getting headaches too.

I have no idea what this could be but every time I try to bring it up with a doctor they say they don't feel the swelling, or don't see anything. I've been through 3 doctors in my clinic. They all tell me the same exact thing.

I am known as a hypochondriac but I KNOW there is something wrong with me. Even my boyfriend/friend noticed the eye swelling. Am I over thinking it? What can I do to make them listen?
