hello ...
I want to ask about how to retain my face back , I lost weigth many times and i become fat again and that effect on my face, now it's thin and my body is fat what shall I do please I need an answer.

I'm not sure but, I will try to find out some information for you. I'm trying to lose weight now to and just don't know where to start besides exercising. I've been doing this everyday for a few months and have only lost 5 pounds. I will get back to you as soon as I get some info. I will search the internet and ask around.
