Eye Problem.

Sir/ Madam,
I, M.Ahmed/ Male/34yrs from Kolkata.
I have to work long hours on computer due to which i feel dryness/redness in my eyes. shown to two different eye specialist,both found my eyes 6/6. I wish to buy spectacles, kindly advice 1. lens type 2.additional protection like anti glare coating etc. 3. Any reputed company name. 4. any other technical/other advice.

Sir/madam,
Due to long working hours on computer, my eyes gets redness/ itching. i feel relaxed when i tightly close my eyes for few seconds.I has shown my eyes to 2 different doctors and both found my eyes 6/6.
I wish to buy spectacles for my eyes to protect my eyes from above mentioned problem, kindly advise with reference to above problem:-

lens type(photochromatic/any other type), anti glare will solve above problem etc., any other recommendation(s).
