Does anyone have any idea what might have caused this today: I went to the Y this morning and for the first time ever I used the treadmill, walked for mile and half, not running but decent pace. I do walk and cycle normally but decided to try machines in gym. THen swam laps for twenty minutes. Then sat in hot tub for ten. I was fine, took a shower and headed to local supermarket for groceries. I drank a bottle of water total but had not had lunch yet. Its about 80 degrees out and very dry so I was not overheated, but I live at a high altitude in CO and have been here one year and definitely still adjusting to altitude. (I had lasik on my eyes around six years ago and now need reading glasses. Have been playing a lot of nintendo ds games lately with my kid which no doubt doesn't help-stiff neck and eye strain for sure.)
ANyway quite suddenly when in the store my vision went wonky- kind of flashing and not so much out of focus as I could not read the labels on anything and it seemed too bright. I realized something was wrong when a man walked past and I swear his face seemed distorted as I glanced at him, as if I only saw half his face.
This is totally bizarre, but by the time I checked out maybe twenty minutes later it cleared up, thank God- as I had to drive home. I had lunch at home, but a while later I got a head ache and still have it. Took two aspirins. I was also extremely tired, could have easily taken a nap but had to get my kid at school!
My main health issue is hypothyroid for which I take replacement, and various typical complaints of somebody who worked out and worked too hard in twenties and now is 50 . blood pressure on low side of normal last time it was checked.
This was not floaters it was more like my eyes were not working together to focus on anything and it seemed like distorted, not so much blurry vision. ANy ideas what just happened? The checkout girl said she just had retinal surgery and I should see a doc asap but our med insurance is screwed up due to two households-could it be I was just tired and dehydrated? THANKS!
Any suggestions?

ZEALUT!!!
Hello everybody,
hope you all are doing well,

I want to inform you about new medicine, dietary supplemnet, ZEALUT, which shows very good results. It contains zeaxantin and lutein, the most needed pigments for our eyes.
I have taken it for 30 days (by the way not less, otherwise you won't see results, at least I have been told by the doctor), and now my eyes are more then ok.
I really advice you to try it. and it's not so expencieve.

Merry Xmass and Happy NEw Year!!!! wish you healthy year
