Hi I have a piece of my eyebrow that never grew so I have a bald spot in my right eyebrow is there anything I can do to get an artificial piece of eyebrow somehow placed on that bald eyebrow spot?

2.) I have a scar on the right side of my head I want to know if it would be possible to surgically remove the scar or somehow cover it up completely?

They do eyebrow transplants now. You can look it up on the web. Either that or use a cosmetic brow filler on the bald spot, which is ALOT cheaper. As for the scar, they have a cosmetic for people with scars and burns that works really well, is waterproof, and stays on all day. OR there is surgery or laser treatments, depending on the type of scar and how deep it is.
