My 6yr old daughter reads things from very close, so I took her to see a doctor. After checking and 2-3 visits, the doctor said she has to wear glasses but there is no 'other' problem with her eyes. She has plus 4 in both eyes. Is it very bad? Does she have to wear glasses forever, or it can be surgically corrected now or when she is older? And does wearing glasses help to correct the problem?
