Q: Eye pain upon rapid movement

About 3 weeks ago I started having eye pain upon movement and when I touched my eyelid (right eye). I rested the eye and it got a bit better, but not completely. It no longer hurts when I touch the eyelid, but still hurts if I move the eye rapidly to the right or upward. I had and MRI with contrast of the orbits and brain and everything was clear. However, I noticed mild headaches consistently as well as my tooth hurting on the same side. I've been to two ophthamlogolists. The first one said he sees nothing wrong. The second says I had optic neuritis, but it appears to be gone and that I should come back if it gets worse. Neither of these answers seem acceptable to me, and I'm a bit of a hypochondriac so I am fearing the worst (MS). Any thoughts or information would be much appreciated. Also...I occasionally get a tingling sensation in my left cheeck, but I have had this for years.
