My left side of my face felt a bit funny when I woke up this a.m. My left arm also felt a bit stiff. I thought I had just slept on it. Now if I rub my eye it hurts. The bone around my eye hurts to the touch. The left side & back of my head have little tingles occasionly this evening. Any ideas?

Yes, it may be that the neuromuscular/vascular system is involved. This doesn't sound like TMJ but it may be. See your family doctor first. Referrals may follow. An examination by your dentist/TMJ specialist is in order also.
