I am 16 years old, and I was diagnosed with bilateral uveitis two weeks before my 15th birthday. I also developed cataracts, macular degeneration, and secondary glaucoma. About six months ago I had a retinal detachment. My doctors told me there is an underlying cause to why this is all happening to me. My great grandmother died of brights disease when she was 26 and I read that uveitis can sometimes be associated with that. But lately I have been getting what feels like a pressure build up in my head and for the last year I have been getting really light headed when I stand up. There is no history of medical problems in my family other than my great grandmothers disease. I was just wondering if anyone could please help me and give me advice on what to do. Thanks!
