Vision and Eye Disorders Forum - eye contact with others

hi all

Me james 28 yrs old...recently i started to stare at people with whom i speak..after realizing it, i analyzed and understood that it is because of anxiety and overly conscious of everything around me...i am working on to find a solution for that..mean while i just wanted to know is there any optical glass that can hide my eyes in daytime and at nights..at least to some extent at nights??? Already i have short sighted eyes and i am wearing plane white glasses as of now

pl let me know if anybody has solution to my probelm..i am seriously disturbed from my regular life...
