Few months ago(nearly 3 months), I had sex two times with two different pros(2days apart of each).

In my first encounter, I used one, i mean just one condom throughout the whole thing- oral, vaginal, HJ, vaginal, HJ, lasting for approx. 20 minutes. Eventually the semen was trapped inside the condom. However, I noted that she was also menstruating that day(blood on sheets in the corners) but I could not feel/see blood on the condom after finishing off.

Two days later, I visited another pros. This time she used separate condoms for oral and viginal sex. Viginal sex went on for 5-6 minutes and then she suddenly turned around and took off my condom (I presumed that the condom did not break as I watched my penis going in and out of her vagina the whole time and I still could see the condom on the shaft except the penis head which was inside the whole time; right???) and lubricated my shaft with what i assumed to be BB oil with her hand which took off my condom. She shook my shaft for less than one minute then i used my hand to finish off the rest.

On that night, I began to feel cold suddenly when i was on my chair and have had a few night sweats within the first few weeks. I also took temperature of myself every day which hovers between 37.1C to 37.6 . A few weeks later I developed a sore throat as well. Those symptoms have been with me for more than 2 months (nearly 3 months) now (low-grade fever which is a bit better now but is still there and the sore throat is still there).

I took my ELISA test in Hong Kong on the 3rd week(21 days) which i am not sure if it is 3rd or 4th generation. The number is 0.08.

From the two encounters, do you think there were moments when I have put myself at risk?

Does it sound like I am having an ARS/initial infection???? Do you think it is necessary for me to take a test again at 13th week???

Hi getitright77,

To confront with my extreme anxiety, I just had a ELISA 3rd generation test(i don't know if it has p24 antigen or what; assuming it does not).
Will the test be 100% conclusive given it is 12.5 weeks after exposure?

Is 100% accuracy at 12.5-week mark just applied to tests taken in those countries like United Kingdon, Austrialia, etc which adapt 4th generation ELISA? Is it also applied to 3rd generation?

thank you
