Extremely sensitive penis head

hi all

i'm a virgin. the head of my penis once I expose it by pulling the foreskin down is really sensitive if I rub it with the palm of my hand or my fingers. So much so that if my legs are straight its enough to make my knees bend. Its also sensitive if I hold it faceing upward underneath shower droplets.

Strangely enough, i tried rubbing it against the glass window of my shower, and against the tile on the wall, I couldn't feel a thing!

The harder I rub it, the more sensitive it is.

I'm wondering if this is a normal condition cause my friend said his is really sensitive as well when he first started having sex. I tried putting a condom on and it greatly reduces the sensitivitiy.

Do I just need to 'condition' my head by rubbing it etc. to make it less sensitive?

I don't want to be having my dick sucked or be having sex and lose erections cause of this sensitivity....
