My husand has had extremely dry hands increasing in thickness and roughness over 20yrs. Looks like one big smooth callouse covering inside of hands and fingers...feet are not as bad. Nothing has worked. He has bad flakes in hair unless he keeps hair like a marine, large pores and some acne other skin is fine. Help cant take it anymore! What is it?
