Hysterectomy Forum - Extreme weight problem

I have extreme weight gain and I was told to try vitamin B12 and it will take some weight off.also I had a hyster about 8months ago becuz of surgery induced meno, do women have a metobolism after a hyster? really need your in put here ladies!!! Confused
