I am 23 years old and have never had sex. Not for any religious reason, but because I am so paranoid that the male will be put off that I am so tight. I have never been able to use a tampon, have only let guys finger me with my underwear on, and when i masturbate it is just by clittoral stimulation. It is as if I do not have a vaginal opening at all, and i have avoided most sexual situations in my life because of this. I have seen three different gynecologists and they have all said it looks normal and seem flustered when i bring up the tightness, saying it may just be a "mental issue". They were able to put a speculum in each time, but it was extremely painful. Any advice would be appreciated

Extreme vaginal tightness.
I would like to know the reason for extreme vaginal tightness too. I am married now but am put off sex as it is very painfull and i avoid having sex all together. I am 25 years old and only had sex 2ce before getting married for the fear of catching some STDs and the rest. I have gone to the doctor and had checks done and everything is normal. My doctor says she cant see anything wrong with my vaginal opening, but when I get cervical smears done ie involves speculum it is very painful. I tried using lots of lubricant with my husband and that takes away some of the pain but it is still present and by then I am over the whole sex thing and dont want to do anything.
