for about a month i have been experienving exttreme pressure in my sinuses. my ears feel like they are going to explode, i have been on antibiotics and nasal sprays the whole time nothing is working, i had a cat scan today because my doctor thinks i have a deviated septum but im not convinced. Lately at night i cant breathe, i get dizzy all the time, and my head feels like it is literally going to explode! does anybody have any ideas or am im worrying over nothing.
