I have had knee pains for awhile now. They have never been this bad though. Mad Over the summer I had growing pains and jumper's knee and that went away after awhile. They told me to do these exercises and they helped for awhile. Now that basketball is over I am not in any sports just run and lift weights a lot. The doctors do not know what is wrong with my knee. It was been swollen and a little bruised but never to bad. The pain is below my knee cap and under that knee cap a little bit. This pain hurts more after standing for awhile or running on it and it even hurts to walk on it sometimes. I have been to my family doctor before and she does not know what is wrong with it. Nothing helps I have tryied putting heat on it and icing it and took tylonal nothing helps. I am almost 15 years old a female and 5' 7" I do not know what else to do. I am afraid if it gets worse I will not be able to play volleyball or basketball. What do I do? My mom will not take me back to the doctor. What is wrong with my knee? Someone please help! Question
