Q: extreme fear of vomiting

this fear is so bad i dont leave my house because im afraid of catching a bug or vomiting in a store i have bad panic attacks from this to and now i dont eat much in hopes to not throw up.i have 4 kids and if they get a stomach bug i will tell them to go to there room with a bucket so they are not near me if i have to help them i put gloves and a mask on.i have no insurance so i cant even go see a dr for this and it is very upsetting it is controlling my life.i cant even work Crying or Very sad
