Extreme fatigue and weakness after a bowel movement, along with brain fog, weak muscles...takes an hour or so to pass......hoping someone has found the cause of this and has a way to treat.....

I read your question and i understand your concern. It appears you have constipation and prolonged sitting posture for defecation causes the symptoms. Treat the cause of constipation, use laxatives modify diet and lifestyle and reduce sitting time on commode and hope for the best.
