Hello, this is my first post on here.
I'd really like to know what may be wrong with me because it's starting to ruin my life and concentration. I'm sixteen and the symptoms are as follows:

1. Extreme, extreme dizziness. Impossible to get up too quickly and to turn my head. Also, makes it very difficult to concentrate on tasks.
2. Horrendous headaches that make it painful to chew.
3. Slightly warm forehead.
4. I tend to get a little cold while wearing a sweatshirt in a reasonably warm classroom.
5. I had a sore throat the past couple of days, but after drinking lots of hot liquids, it has subsided.
6. Dehydration?? Even though I drink enough water.

The only times I feel a little better is after sleeping/napping.

Since it's the end of the school year, all of this could have come from lots of stress/lack of sleep and heavy dancing/partying (two proms in one weekend after which I got sick). It also could stem from the fact that our neighbor downstairs smokes heavily just about 24/7 and while I close my bedroom window, I can sometimes still smell the smoke.

I don't drink alcohol or do drugs, I'm not sexually active and I try to eat healthy. Please help!
