Hello, I Am new to the boards and I would be very greatful if someone could help me. I am a gay man (Age 25) and I had anal penetration 8 days ago with my long term boyfriend(24) of over 3 years. Ever since that night I have had extreme cramping in my intestine area and below my lung area. I looked online to see what could cause it and i had found that air could be trapped inside me. I drank prune juice to get what i thought might have been anything flushed out of my system. But even as good as the juice worked I still have the pains. I have had a loss of appitite and if i sit at an angle i get kind of dizzy and get a headache. I don't have health insurance so If I can avoid going to the doctor i will at all cost. If someone has an answer please help
