I have had anxiety ever since I got arrested and almost went to jail. I was unable to take drugs anymore, because I would have such bad anxiety that I would think I was dying and drive myself to the hospital. I started taking an antidepressant and the symptoms pretty much went away. Then my life was turned upside down which led to me having no insurance and taking painkillers instead of my cymbalta. Everything was fine for a while. But now every day I get chest pains and my throat feels narrow. Also I sometimes get light headed and pains in my chest and left arm which only make my anxiety worse. I can hold it in now, but in doing so I am always angry and ready to snap the minute things dont go according to my plan. This makes me more stressed because Im now mad at myself. Which then also leads to me analyzing myself and then over analyzing every little thing and living in the past. I cant just enjoy myself anymore and I think Im losing my mind.
