In general, all the symptoms you reported are considered normal in pregnant women. The nausea, dizziness, and back pain are quite often seen in pregnant women. Various women even experience vomiting. It is possible that the tingling sensation in the hands and feet might be related to circulation issues related, once again, to the pregnancy. The only symptom you may want to check for is the extreme abdominal pain. It might sometimes be related to pathological issues, and even might be a sign of starting a miscarriage, which possibly might be avoided if you had gone to a doctor on time.

In the end, taking vicodin, which contains opioid analgesics, for a longer period might cause physical dependence in the baby so you might reconsider using vicodin and consult with your doctor.
